The Story

Baking since she could lift a whisk, Carleigh was raised on hand-mixed dump cakes that she would enjoy while watching the hummingbirds fly in for their afternoon feeding on Grandma Louise’s porch. Now, she combines nostalgic memories of baking in her grandma’s southern Mississippi kitchen with her inspiration from patisseries she has graced throughout her travels. Slow, rustic, and simplistic, Carleigh handcrafts each item with an abundance of love and care. Creating a deep appreciation for the simpler things and satisfying a thirst for new experiences, Dolce represents not only a love for dessert, but a love for others. A love for life.
